Refund Policy

To help ensure your product is fresh and factory sealed, we ship directly to you from our Richmond B.C. factory location.  Please feel free to shop with confidence.

In return, we ask that all our valued customers respect our no exchange, no return, and no refund policy. 

An online refund can be processed if the purchased products have not been sent to the postal office or to the courier company.  A credit card cancellation fee of $25.00 (Canadian Dollars) will be applied to the  purchaser's credit card as a charge back processing fee.
